Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all estimates, work orders, invoices, and services provided by B&B Glass ("B&B Glass," "we," "our," or "us"). By accepting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing is based on the information available at the time the estimate is prepared. If additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, additional charges may apply. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Scheduling

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. Delays caused by weather, supplier availability, traffic, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control may require appointments to be rescheduled.

Customers should provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

Custom-ordered materials, including but not limited to custom shower glass, insulated glass units, mirrors, specialty glass, and custom fabrication, cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Payment Terms

Unless other arrangements have been made in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.

We accept major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and other approved payment methods.

Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by Missouri law.

Commercial customers with approved payment terms must pay according to the agreed-upon terms.

Customer-Supplied Materials

B&B Glass is not responsible for the quality, measurements, compatibility, defects, or warranty of customer-supplied products or materials.

Installation of customer-supplied materials is performed at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Existing Conditions

While every effort is made to complete work without damage, glass removal and replacement can expose hidden damage, deteriorated framing, water intrusion, rot, corrosion, or previous installation issues that were not visible during the estimate.

Any additional repairs required due to these existing conditions are not included unless specifically stated.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to products where available.

B&B Glass warrants our workmanship for one (1) year unless otherwise stated.

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Abuse or misuse

Acts of nature

Building movement or settling

Improper maintenance

Damage caused by other contractors

Customer-supplied materials

Some products may carry different manufacturer warranties.

Safety

Customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from active work areas during installation.

Limitation of Liability

B&B Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
